Upon reservation, most hotels will hold one night’s fee as a deposit. This is fully refundable if you cancel before that hotel’s cancellation deadline. Be advised that all the hotels will charge a daily incidental fee that is returned upon departure if it's not used. The full amount is held upon check-in. If you use a debit card, it will charge the amount in full and refund you any unused balance at the end of your stay. If you use a credit card, it will post as a pending charge and only the used portion, if any, will be charged after your check-out.

Advisory for Sunday Arrivals / Saints Game Day

On Sunday October 11, the New Orleans Saints football team is hosting a game at the Superdome, adjacent to our venue the Hyatt Regency. Please note the following tips for the smoothest arrival. 

• Best Arrival Time: Plan to arrive at the hotel before 9:30 am for the smoothest experience. Arrive at MSY between 7:00–9:00 am
• Peak Traffic: Traffic around the Superdome increases significantly beginning around 10:00 am. The Poydras Street and Superdome exits experience the heaviest congestion until approximately 11:30 am.

• Recommended Route: Use the Loyola Avenue Exit when approaching the hotel. Expect increased pedestrian activity near the 2 blocks as you approach the hotel.
• Alternative Arrival Window: 12:00–2:30 pm is typically another favorable arrival period, as most fans are inside the stadium.
• Post-game Traffic: Fans may begin departing as early as 2:30 pm depending on game results. Heavy traffic is common from game end (approximately 3:15 pm) until 5:00 pm.
