Monthly Checklist

Monthly Report

Each month, you will be asked to complete a monthly report via a unique link connected to the reporting month. Please note: if you use an old link, your report will be marked as not received. Do not bookmark the links. Due Date: 7 days after you receive the email link 

Training Curriculum

Be sure you're staying on top of your monthly trainings! During the first month, all interns are required to complete the Safety Training Activity Guide (pdf) and the Laboratory Safety eLearning course. Following month one, interns are required to complete the remaining training activities included in their Training Plan. The order and prioritization of each training activity should be discussed with mentors. Additional training may be included at the discretion of each host laboratory.Access APHL's Learning Center here.

Exit Interview

Schedule and attend your exit interview. Due Date: 15 days after your last day

Exit Survey

Complete the Exit Survey sent to your email on/around your last day. This information goes directly to our funders and helps us place more interns.

We are eager for photos and videos representing your Career Pathways experience! We are asking for photos and/or videos of Public Health Laboratory and Genomic Data Intern participants as well as mentors on the job. Photos can feature interns working hard in the laboratory or outside enjoying the company of colleagues. APHL will use some of the pictures for promotional materials and social media.
