Training Hub

We host numerous live events throughout the year, all of which can be found in the Events Calendar. Offerings include:

• Conferences and Meetings: APHL offers conferences that address the full spectrum of public health laboratory topics, newborn screening and genetics, food safety and infectious diseases.
• Webinars: Webinars bring quality continuing education to your screen and span a wide range of public health laboratory-related topics. Most APHL webinars are free and some provide continuing education credit.
• Workshops and Virtual Seminars: Laboratory workshops and virtual seminars combine lectures, discussion and state-of-the-art laboratory exercises to provide a hands-on learning experience. Virtual seminars are delivered via electronic communication tools. Workshops are in person learning activities.

Unless specified otherwise, our online training activities are available free of charge and frequently offer P.A.C.E.® laboratory training contact hours.
