Network Leadership: Action-centric Team
The LLOTA Action-centric Team (ACT) is a dynamic group of Laboratory Leaders of Today graduates who guide the priorities and initiatives of the broader alumni network. Acting as a catalyst for collaboration and strategic dialogue, LLOTA ACT drives efforts that advance leadership development, promote laboratory management excellence and address emerging issues in public health laboratory science.
The LLOTA ACT includes four to six members representing a range of public health laboratories, including state, local environmental and agricultural labs, as well as a representative from a recently graduated cohort. This structure ensures that many perspectives and laboratory experiences inform the team’s work and that the alumni network continues to reflect the full spectrum of the public health laboratory community.
Through their leadership, LLOTA ACT members strengthen the network’s impact, connect alumni across the nation, and help shape the future of public health laboratory leadership.
